Ive heard through other web sites that batteries last longer when kept warm. So on investigations it is good to keep your spares in an inside pocket of your jackets so they are ready for swaping over and will last a little bit longer. Although the other theory goes that spirits will draw energy from what ever they can to interact. Your AA or AAA batteries coould be just that source. It would be good to do an experiment so prove these snippets are true or false though.
