TVPG have caught some interesting EVPs in our time. Do the skeptics think that they all have a natural explanation such as stray radio transmissions or other people in the area that we don't know about?

In my opinion, I think these could cause potential 'EVPs' but you could greatly reduce the risk of suspicion of stray radio transmmissions or baby monitor effect by doing some baseline testing before hand where you try and reproduce effects, such as coughing, breathing heavy, tapping, have other people talk in other rooms etc.
Once you have done all these tests and you know that you are not causing any of these then it increases the chance of having a positive EVP experience.

One thing that I notice on a lot of programmes is that they will play the sound, then one person says what they think it is, all agree, and then you can not get it out of your head. Probably better to listen, write down then all show.
As to what causes them. Well it is a known that radio waves bounce back to earth, it is a principal that helps the transmission. So there must be these waves bouncing around all the time. How long do they last, well probably not for ever, but who knows. That does not explain all, but is the theory about building recordings at play here. The building plays back the sounds and we catch them.

could they be stray radio waves, I doubt it. my voice recorder does not have the capacity to recieve and decode a radio wave into an audible stream so I find this highly unlikely.
